Modern Slavery Statement
Modern slavery encompasses servitude, human trafficking and forced labour, of which TekXera strongly believes has no place in society.
This statement is made by TekXera pursuant to Section 51 (1) of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Upheld by this statement is our commitment to integrity and ethical standards, integrating every system and control in our power to safeguard against any form of modern slavery.
This statement has been approved by the board of TekXera and was last reviewed in January 2025.

Our policies
TekXera is committed to conducting business ethically and transparently. We operate several internal policies to support this, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which ensure the security of our clients’ and customers’ data.
Our suppliers
TekXera follows a comprehensive supplier policy and maintains a preferred supplier list. Before adding suppliers to this list, we conduct due diligence, including online searches, to ensure that the organisation has never been convicted of offences related to modern slavery. In certain cases, we may also carry out on-site audits to review working conditions.
As part of our commitment, our anti-slavery policy is included in all supplier contracts. Suppliers are required to confirm that their business operations fully comply with this policy.
Additionally, we ask all suppliers to confirm that:
- They have taken appropriate steps to eliminate modern slavery within their business operations.
- They hold their own suppliers accountable regarding modern slavery practices.
- They pay their employees at least the national minimum wage or national living wage, as applicable.
We reserve the right to terminate any contract immediately if any instance of modern slavery is identified.
